報名訂位：請攜帶有效旅遊證件至各大代理旅行社辦理報名訂位手續，須繳交護照影本，本公司將依護照上的姓名開具所有文件、機票等。報名訂位須同時繳交訂金每人 US$300。若訂金未於訂位確認七日內繳交，電腦將自動取消訂位。

繳清餘款：餘款須於出發日期60天以前交清，如未於規定期限前交清，本公司有權取消訂位，並收取規定之取消費用。

取消訂位每人將收取下列費用：

• US$100: 出發日期前 120 天或以上取消者
• US$200: 出發日期前 60-119 天取消者
• US$300: 出發日期前 30-59 天取消者
• US$500: 出發日期前 15-29 天取消者
• US$1000: 出發日期前 3-14 天取消者
• 全額團費: 出發日期前2天內及出發當日取消者



• 取消訂位限以郵政信件、電子郵件，或傳真等書面通知方式辦理，恕不接受口頭或電話等方式。
• 不論在出發日期前多久，若取消或變更訂位時，機票、船票或火車票已開妥，或已與相關單位作最後確認，在此情況下，除本公司規定之罰款外，並得按上述相關單位之規定收取手續費及罰款。
• 倘若原定兩人共用一房，其中一人因故取消時，另一位因此而單獨使用一房者，須承擔所產生的單房加價。
• 一旦訂位確認，本公司收到訂金後有權立即開具機票。

旅行平安醫療保險：

• 凡報名參加團體經典系列（不含城巿逍遙遊或其他特價團）者，並在出發日期前60天或以上繳清全部費用（以本公司收到為準），可獲本公司免費贈送「旅行平安醫療保險」。其他條件限制及詳情請參閱保單。
• 未於出發日期前60天交清費用者，本公司建議旅客自行購買所需之各種旅行保險。
• 一旦本公司為符合條件之團員投保後，任何後續請領等問題，請旅客根據本公司所提供的保單，自行與保險公司接洽處理。

機票：

• 團體經典系列團費含由美國洛杉磯(LAX)或舊金山(SFO)出發的國際段經濟艙來回團體機票，以及中國內陸段機票。
• 由美國國內其他機場出發，機票加價請洽本公司
• 本公司保留更改使用國際段航空公司、航線、或航班 的權利。
• 有關最新燃油費及稅金，請上本公司網站 www.peonytours.com 查詢。
• 未於出發日期前60天交清費用者，或出發前60天內才報名繳費者，視艙位名額而定。

住宿：

• 表列團費係以兩人住宿一房為原則。
• 單人報名的旅客，須繳交單人房費，本公司無法保證能代為安排與其他團員共用一房。欲使用單人房的旅客，請於報名時告知，並繳交單人房費。
• 中國境內酒店恕不提供三人一房。
• 在極少數特殊情況下，若表列旅館無法使用，本公司有權以同等級的旅館取代，恕不另行通知。

餐食：
含行程註明之餐食，於旅館、當地餐廳、飛機上或船上供應。

觀光：
本公司將竭盡所能完成手冊內註明之觀光行程，但當地接待單位及本公司領隊有權視實際狀況，如天氣、航班、時間、安全問題、政治或其他人力不可抗拒之因素，作相應之調整。

門票：
含行程上所註明參觀景點的主要入口門票。

一切純屬私人性質之費用如簽證、護照、電話、洗衣、酒類、飲料、郵件、保險費、行李搬運、超重或超件、行程外之活動或節目；行程上不包括的餐食；給領隊、導遊、司機、或其他服務員的小費；從旅客居住地至離境機場間的往返機票或交通；因私人因素、疾病、交通、罷工、天氣、政治、政策、戰爭，或其他人力不可抗拒的因素所引起的額外費用；加徵之機票稅、機場稅、安全稅及政府規定之其他稅金及費用等。

旅途中因故退出，或任何因不可抗力的因素所造成的行程變更，其未使用的部份視同自動放棄，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓他人。

鑒於成本漲價、外幣浮動、稅金調漲、機位艙等變動等各種因素，本公司保留在出發前調整費用之權利。

當報名人數不足10人時，本公司有權取消出團或取消全陪，若取消出團必退還團費。

本手冊內所有行程講解均以華語為主，再視團體須要輔以重點英譯。

護照：
任何護照有效期均須距返回日期六個月以上。持用美國護照入境中國須持有效簽證，持用其他護照者，請事先向代理旅行社洽詢。

簽證：

• 持用美國護照者，入境以下國家不須簽證：
  泰國 ﹣可停留三十天
  日本 ﹣可停留九十天
  新加坡 ﹣停留日期由入境海關人員決定，一般為三十天
• 持用美國護照者，入境以下國家須有效簽證：柬埔寨﹣可於入境機場，持護照、簽證申請書、照片一張，連同單次入境費用US$25，向海關當場辦理。中國﹣一般觀光簽證有效期六個月，每次最多停留三十天。由本公司代辦中國簽證，單次入境費用每人US$160，備照片一張、填妥並簽名之簽證申請書，以及有效期六個月以上之正本美國護照。本公司保留調整簽證費用的權利，不另行通知。
• 不論任何情況，簽證費用恕無法退還或轉讓。
• 持用其他國家護照者，有關簽證問題，請洽本公司。
• 即使旅客持有效之簽證及旅遊證件，卻於入境時遭移民局或海關人員拒絕入境，概與本公司無涉。

行李：

• 所有行李不論托運、攜帶或在旅途中有損壞、遺失、延誤或超重，相關費用及風險由旅客自行承擔。
• 行李規定因航空公司而異，且可能隨時調整，旅客出發前應上該航空公司網站再確認。
• 無國際段的遠東線及中國境內之托運行李限每人一件，重量不得超過44磅。
• 部份航空公司可能對托運行李收取費用，請旅客出發前上該航空公司網站查詢詳情。

變更行程：當旅客變更團體行程如提早出發、延後返回、中途離開等，除須負擔增加之機票、酒店、接送等費用外，每一次變更並得收取手續費每人US$50。

一旦訂位及行程確認後，在情況許可下，除第一次變更免收手續費外，任何的後續變更得收取手續費，每人每次US$50；俟所有文件、機票開出後，不再接受任何變更。

兒童費用：十一歲或以下的兒童與兩大人共用一雙人房，不佔床位時，收取大人費用之75%；若佔床位，則收取大人費用之90%；十二歲或以上兒童之收費，與大人同。

行為問題：為維護團體最高利益，若任何旅客的健康或行為有妨礙團體正常活動或利益之情況，本公司領隊有權取消其繼續參團之資格，其未完之行程，不得要求退款、變更或轉讓；自旅客離團之時算起，一切行動概與本公司無涉。

健康問題：鑒於長程旅行及地理環境之因素，旅客出發前應徵求家庭醫生的意見與同意，充分瞭解自己身體的狀況。為了旅客自身安全的考量及其他團員之利益，任何不適長程旅行或不便單獨參團旅遊之事實，旅客有義務於報名時據實以告，並至少有一位親友隨行照顧。一般中國的旅遊巴士均無輪椅升降設備，且巴士內空間有限，無法容納輪椅或助行器進出，恕帶團導遊因責任問題無法提供進一步個別之協助，請旅客諒察。

購物須知：名人假期之領隊或導遊樂意協助旅客在旅途中購物之需求，然而，任何後續有關貨物價格、品質或售後服務等問題，純屬旅客與商家之間，請購前自行考量，購後自行負責；攜帶外國商品入境，請遵照美國海關規定，任何問題概與本公司無涉。

責任問題：關航班取消、延誤、機場關閉、氣候、機械故障及其他旅行安全問題，各汽車公司、火車、酒店、商店、餐廳及航空公司等，均有其專司條例，直接對旅客負責，概與本公司無涉。

若旅客報名較遲（出發前60天內），可能有艙位名額問題，並得立即付清團費。

為服務習慣使用英文的顧客，本手冊特別備有簡單英譯，使用時應與中文相互對照，倘有遺漏或疏誤，本公司不負任何責任。

穩私權聲明：本公司一向致力於保護您的穩私權，於報名時所蒐集的個人資訊，將僅止於本公司產品的運作，及與事業伙伴如航空公司、船公司、酒店、地接社等的連繫，以提供更有效的服務；除非獲得您的同意，否則絕不對外提供任何您的個人資訊。

凡旅客報名付款參加名人假期之旅遊團體，視為同意並接受本公司之報名訂位、一般規則、責任條款等相關規定。

All travel arrangements included in this trip are made on participant’s behalf upon express condition that neither Peony Tours nor its agents shall be liable or responsible in the absence of its (or their) negligence for any direct, indirect, consequential harm, or irregularity of any kind which may be accessioned by reason of any act or omission of any person or entity, including without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as an airline, train, motor coach, private car, cruise vessel, boat, or any other conveyance, hotel, sightseeing provider, local ground handler, restaurant, etc., which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Participant understands that Peony Tours neither owns nor operates such third party suppliers and accordingly agrees to seek remedies directly and only with those suppliers and not hold Peony Tours responsible for their acts, omission or commission. Without their limiting the foregoing, Peony Tours and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes of schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the participant.

Peony Tours accepts no responsibility for value, reliability, quality or authenticity of any goods purchased while on tour or for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements.

Peony Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept, or retain any person as tour participant, should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour participant

Peony Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, and alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of tours.

Peony Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by Peony Tours, and this will constitute full settlement with the tour member.

Baggage is carried at owner risk and baggage insurance is recommended.

Peony Tours is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions.

Peony Tours accepts no responsibility for cost, which may occur as result of a participant failing to secure adequate insurance coverage, which coverage is highly recommended. Generally, your health insurance does not cover expenses outside the USA.

Peony Tours is not responsible for participant’s visa or passport requirements, nor will a refund of unused services be made, nor reimbursement of any additional expenditure if a participant is denied entry to a country for this or any other reason.

The general conditions under which you agree to utilize the services of Peony Tours may not be amended in any way, except in writing, by an authorized officer of Peony Tours. By utilizing the services of Peony Tours, you agree that the exclusive venue for all claims shall be the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and such claims shall be determined according to the laws and jurisdiction of the State of California.

The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above terms and conditions.
