Costs incurred due to flight delays, missed flights, flight change or name change requested by the traveler, replacement of lost air tickets are to be born by the traveler. Bring your e-ticket receipt together with travel document with you if you are using electronic ticket. It¡¦s traveler¡¦s responsibility to pay the penalty at airline counter if you lose your paper ticket or forget to bring it with you. |

Be sure you have all travel documents before leaving for the airport. |

To make your trip as enjoyable as possible, allow enough time for flight check-in, security screening and boarding: 2 hours for US domestic travel, 3 hours for international travel. No meal is provided in US domestic flight. Drinks purchased in the secured area beyond the security checkpoint are allowed aboard the plane. |

For easy recognize, you must wear Peony Tours red round badge on the first day of the tour. |

If for any reasons you miss the original reserved bus departure time, you need to re-arrange your transfers on your own expenses. |

For the sake of fairness and general comfort of the group, rules will be set for daily seat rotation. |

Refrain from talking when tour leader is speaking. |

We suggest you bring a raincoat, an umbrella and water repellent walking shoes. |

Keep your passport, air ticket, money and other valuables with you at all time. Never leave them in the coach while you are sightseeing. |

Be cautious when staying at a hotel. Never allow strangers into your room. |

Observe US Customs restrictions when bring in duty free goods from Canada fruits, vegetable, meat products are not allowed into the US. |

Tipping is customary and rewards quality service. Peony Tours suggests tipping in the following manner: US$6 per person per day- to be distributed between tour guide and driver. However, the final amount is at your discretion. |

* For those who sign up for the New York Night Tour (8:00pm~11:00am), the tour leader will arrange the travel logistics for you. Please be on time for the tour.
* Have a good night¡¦s rest as our sightseeing tour will begin early tomorrow.
* Follow the tour guide¡¦s instructions when taking bus or cruise in the busy city of New York.
* Visit the United Nations site, please observe the appropriate rules.
* Visit the churches, please refrain from noise.
* Our sightseeing in New York is compact and requires tour members¡¦ highly cooperation.

Respect Amish religion and observe their customs when visiting Amish Village. |

Washington D.C.:
* The capital of the United States has a collection of free, public museums unparalleled in size and scope throughout the history of mankind, and the lion's share of the nation¡¦s most treasured monuments and memorials. It attracts thousands of visitors each year. Visitors must observe the rules while visiting museums.
* The White House and the Capitol are rarely open to the public. Since our tour is on an extremely tight schedule, as a result, we won¡¦t be able to visit the inside.

Niagara Falls:
The temperature of Niagara Falls area is low, bring a warm coat. Tour members may choose to participate in any local tours to enter Canada as long as he (she) brings valid documents: US passport, non-US passport with green card or valid Canada visa.
A rain coat is provided along with the optional Niagara Falls ¡§Maid of the Mist¡¨ cruise. The last day of operation for 2010 waterfall cruise season is 10/24/10.

1000 Islands:
Thousand Island Lake is a protected natural reservation area. Everyone is reminded not to leave any garbage behind. The cruise is open until the end of October.

Ottawa:
The Canadian Parliament Building is a popular tourist site and very crowded. Please watch your stuff and stay with the group.

Montreal:
Be aware of your surroundings and keep an eye on your things when visiting Montreal's night spots on your own.

The tour ends in Niagara Falls. Transfer to the Buffalo Airport for homebound flight. If taking a bus ride back to Newark from Buffalo, the driving time is about 7 hours.

Deluxe Tour 6/8 Days, In Depth Tour 7/9 Days:
The tour ends in Boston. You may choose to board your return flight at Boston, or take advantage of the complimentary bus service provided by Peony Tours to return back to New York (JFK, EWR, or Chinatown). The driving time from Boston to Newark is about 5 hours. It is your sole responsibility if for any reasons the bus is delayed and you miss your flight.

For USA & Canada tour members, Peony Tours is pleased to provide complimentary transfer to the first-night hotel upon arrival at New York Airport (JFK, LGA, EWR). Our professional staff will meet you and direct you to the shuttle during the greeting hours.
Greeting Hours:
JFK/ LGA – 10:00am ~10:00pm
EWR – 1:00pm~10:00pm

The complimentary transfer is based on prior reservation only. For passengers whose flight arrival time falls within the greeting hours, but do not want to wait, or make no reservation of the complimentary transfer service, may find transportation to the hotel on own expenses.

Passengers whose flight arrival time falls outside the airport greeting hours, or desire to have a private car service, please place an order in advance at additional fees.
|
|

Upon arrival at New York airport:
1. Claim your baggage first, then wait at the baggage claim area for the Peony Tours' escort.
2. For flight arrival at JFK Terminal 1 or 7, our escort will meet you at the curb side in front of the "Arrival Hall". DO NOT wait at the baggage claim area.
3. Allow some time for the Peony Tours' escort to meet you as a result of heavy traffic and different terminals in the airport.

While Peony Tours offers complimentary transfer from New York airport to the hotel for passengers¡¦ need, its final arrangements and departure time are determined by the Peony Tours¡¦ tour guide and escort based on the local circumstances and the number of passengers on the scene.

For those who desire to participate the optional New York Night Tour, must arrive the airports no later than
4:30pm (LGA),
5:30pm (JFK),
7:00pm (EWR).
