We start our China vacation by boarding an international flight bound for Beijing, the capital of modern-day China. |

Arrive at Beijing. After clearing customs and retrieving our baggage, we are met by our tour guide and transferred to the five-star hotel. |
|

Our Beijing tour begins with a visit to
Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public square. Proceed to Forbidden City, and next to Summer Palace. Enjoy local cuisine for dinner
and take in a stage show “The Legend of
Kungfu” tonight. |

Built to protect its people from northern
marauders, the Great Wall snakes its way thousands of miles across Northern China and is one of the few objects on the earth visible even from the moon. Spend time walking atop this man-made wonder of the world, then descending to visit the Olympic Park where there are many new attractions. We’ll visit Qianmen Street, and view the “Bird’s Nest” National Stadium, the “Water Cube” Aquatics Centre and the National Grand Theatre. For dinner, we will indulge our plates with the famed Peking Duck Banquet. |

Beijing - Xian (AB, L, DP) |

This morning, on our way to the airport to board a flight bound for Xian, we are happy to make a stop at the Temple of Heaven. As the cradle of ancient Chinese civilization, Xian had served as the capital city for 11 dynasties until the 9th century. Upon arrival, we are transferred to our hotel. For dinner the local Shaanxi hot pot cuisine is served. |

Xian is home to the life-sized Terra-Cotta Warriors of Qin Shi Huang. Made to protect China’s first emperor even in death, the Terra-Cotta Army was found by a farmer in 1974 and attracts thousands of visitors each year. After viewing the fine troops, we head to Hua Qin Hot Springs. This evening
after an Imperial Dumpling Banquet Dinner, we catch a performance of the captivating
Tang Dynasty Stage Show, the very one lauded in all the guide books as being a “must see” in Xian. |

Xian - Guilin (AB, L, DP) |

Before departing Xian for Guilin by air, we visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and pass by the Bell Tower and City Wall. Upon our arrival at Guilin, a city tour immediately takes us to the Reed Flute Cave where fantastic stalactite and stalagmite formations impress us as magical and otherworldly. Elephant Trunk Hill will be also visited. A local specialty cuisine - rice noodles, is served for dinner tonight. |

Guilin - Yangshuo (AB, L, DS) |

A meandering river cruise down the Li River is a delightful way to savor the serene, fairytale scenery of Southern China. We may even catch the fascinating sight of fishermen fishing with cormorant birds! Lunch is served aboard. Our Li River cruise ends as we arrive at the quaint town of Yangshuo. Tonight we enjoy the fantastic Minority Musical Stage Performance on Li River – “Yingxiang Liusanjie”. The show is directed by Chinese famous director Yimou Zhang. (The admission will be fully refunded if the show is canceled due to any nature elements.) |

Yangshuo - Guilin (AB, L, D) |

Our Yangshuo sightseeing tour today features visits to the Big Banyan, the Moon Hill, and the busy West Street. Later today, we board the tour coach that will take us back to Guilin.

After breakfast, we starts our sightseeing tour of Yangshuo with visits to the Old Banyan, the Moon Hill and the well-known West Street. Later in the afternoon, we return back to Guilin by motorcoach to board the flight to Shanghai. |

Bid farewell to Guilin, board a short flight bound for Shanghai. Our city tour starts immediately upon arrival. We will visit Yu Garden, the busy shopping district - Nanjing Road, and the
mile-long Bund. Tonight let us enjoy the
Chinese Acrobatics Show after a nice Shanghai
cuisine dinner. |

Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai

After a nice breakfast in hotel, we travel to Suzhou. Suzhou city tour explores a cruise on the Grand Canal, visits to the Humble Administrator’s Garden and Hanshan Temple. We may also visit to one of the famed Silk factory if we have time. Head back to Shanghai for overnight accommodation. |

Shanghai - Hong Kong (AB, L) |

In the morning, if time permits, you may continue exploring the city of Shanghai on your own pace before boarding a flight bound for Hong Kong, the “Asia’s World City”. |

Hong Kong (AB) |

A half-day city tour takes us around Hong Kong Island and up to Victoria Peak by cable car for a panoramic view of the harbour. The city tour continues with visits to the open-air Stanley Market and the floating community at Aberdeen. After our tour, the rest of the day is spent at leisure. |
