Customer Reviews

SCANDINAVIA & FJORDS

My wife and I were most impressed by your tour manager Juliette Lu. She was not only highly efficient and experienced, but also caring and careful. Her execution of our complicated itinerary was flawless and she was able to handle contingencies in a calm and wise manner. She deserves a raise, or at least, a citation.Among all the drivers, James was without a doubt the best. Despite his skills in maneuvering around hair-pin loops at significant speed, he was surprisingly tolerant of other less competent and slow-moving drivers. He was the only driver during the entire trip whom I would consider to be truly a professional.
