We had a wonderful 12-day trip through Eastern Europe. Special thanks to our tour guide, Ocean, for his professionalism, attentive care, and informative commentary throughout the journey. His stories and insights helped us not only appreciate the beautiful scenery, but also gain a deeper understanding of the history and culture of each destination. We truly learned something new while revisiting the past. Thank you, Ocean, for your dedication and for making this trip so enjoyable, enriching, and memorable!

We had a wonderful experience traveling with Peony Tours in Switzerland. The entire tour was very well planned, organized, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our tour guide, James Wang, was highly experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept the tour running smoothly and made sure everyone was well informed throughout the trip. Our driver, Adrian, was also very experienced and drove safely throughout the journey. He was pleasant, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated that he even offered to repair my sister’s luggage, which showed his kindness and excellent customer service. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our travels between destinations very pleasant. One of the standout features of this tour was the luggage service. The porter service was extremely convenient, and the staff took great care of our luggage. Everything was accurately delivered to our rooms without any problems, allowing us to travel stress-free The itinerary included many famous and beautiful destinations throughout Switzerland. The food and restaurant arrangements were also very well organized, making mealtimes convenient and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience with Peony Tours. We would gladly join another tour with Peony Tours in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Luggages were being taken care of; dinners were included but quality of some dinners need improvement.

On the top of mountains to see peaks and valleys, and glaciers. Switzerland is a beautiful country!

The train tour was very comfortable and joyful! Not only saw the beautiful scenery of Switzerland, but also no worries about carrying luggages from one stop to the next stop. Tour guide was also knowledgeable and responsible for taking care of the group!

The convenience of luggage handling provided by the tour was absolutely the best. We enjoyed the trip and had a great experience first time joining Peony Tours. Our tour guide James Wang was very professional, experienced and helpful. We look forward to future tours hopefully be guided by him. All the hotels and meals were great except the first dinner at Crowne Plaza Hotel Zurich which was way too salty for our taste.
